Upload or download files via our FTP site.

As a service to our customers, we have provided a secure FTP Site for uploading and downloading large files.

You will need to contact Ragged Edge Press in advance to obtain your user ID and password.

To upload files, you will also need FTP client software: We recommend "Ws_ftp" for Windows and "Fetch" for the Mac.

Download "Fetch 4.0.3" for the Mac

The big advantage of transferring file via FTP is that it avoids the possibility of corrupted data which often happens when using email attachments to move graphic files to and from the Printer.
